PRICES INCLUDE:

Prices are inclusive of the best available accommodation, three meals per day, motor vehicle, Kilimanjaro Air port transfers, driver/guide, park fees, crater services fees and community development fees were applicable.
NOT INCLUDED: Additional services such as across the boarder transfers, air, rail, bus, visas and other personal expenses such as drinks, tobacco, laundry, tips, phones, fax, internet services, sea/air-port tax and any excess mileage carried out beyond the stated itinerary.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
A 25% deposit is required at the times of booking the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to the safari date.
Failure to secure full payment may arise unwelcome inconveniences.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notification of the cancellation of a safari should be received by email or letter and is liable to the following charges.
-6 weeks prior to departure 0% of total deposit.
6-4 weeks prior to departure 40% of total deposit
4-2 weeks prior to departure 60% of total deposit
2-1 weeks prior to departure 80% of total deposit

Less than 1 (one) week prior to departure 100% loss of total deposit.
N.B. Charges will be calculated from the date we received your letter or email of cancellation.

PAYMENTS:

Payments are done directly through our Telegraphic transfer (TTs)/SWIFT Account in STANBIC BANK-Moshi Branch

OR Payments can also be cleared (local) on line through the Tanzania Post Banks - Western Union Money Transfer.

Visas and Master cards are all acceptable. After booking your tour please contact us regarding payee's A/C details.

LIABILITY:

Lengai Treks and Safaris (LTS) provide to the best of there ability for your comfort and safety, however it should be understood that all safaris and high altitude expedition are undertaken at the risk of the client.

LTS and all there employees and agents shall not be liable for any accidents resulting in injury, death, loss or damage of personal property or persons however caused. It is therefore advisable to affect suitable personal insurances. The company’s liability for passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of Tanzania and under the jurisdictions of the Tanzania courts.

LTS will not be held responsible for delays cancellations or non-acceptance of reservations. Although we endeavor to ensure that each itinerary advised is properly arranged and undertaken.
LTS reserves the right to subcontract all or any part of a service or to change part or whole of the advertised itinerary should condition necessitate.
